Primary responsibilities include overseeing 300 residents in the greater Philadelphia area, leasing, rent collection, maintenance requests, unit turnovers and overall janitorial upkeep of all multi residential properties. In addition Vanessa handles payroll for all members of her maintenance and janitorial team as well as day to day office operations and general administrative duties.
Born and raised in NYC and now currently residing in Philadelphia, Vanessa was introduced to the world of real estate at the age of 23. Starting out as an office admin then Assistant Manager for companies like Citi Habitats and Apartment Resources before branching out as a property manager in New York City’s East Village district. With over 18 years of experience Vanessa has managed multiple properties in both NYC and now Philadelphia, Tennessee , Alabama & North Carolina.
Vanessa attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Police Science.
