Primary responsibilities include company strategy and partner development, risk management, and portfolio growth.

Prior to launching ACG in 2014 with Milan Zalavadia, Rory served as Chief Investment Officer at a number of boutique development firms over the past decade. Rory has worked to identify, acquire and re-position underperforming multi-family developments in Austin, TX, San Francisco, CA, Philadelphia, PA and New York City, NY.

Rory holds a degree in Finance and Economics from the California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
